The treatment contract is concluded exclusively and directly between you and the respective doctor.

¹ Every treatment request, after payment of the processing fee (currently €14.99 including VAT, excluding possible discount promotions), is submitted to an independent cooperating doctor for individual review in accordance with their professional code and specialist standards. The medical decision as to whether a telemedicine treatment is medically justifiable in an individual case according to recognized professional principles and while observing the doctor's duty of care rests solely with the doctor. CannGo has no influence whatsoever on the doctor's medical assessment and decision. A legal claim to the execution of a telemedicine consultation or to the issuing of a prescription for medical cannabis does not exist at any time. The doctor can refuse treatment at any time if a remote consultation is deemed unjustifiable in their personal discretion.
² A request and processing fee (”Cost for the treatment request,” “Service fee”) of €14.99 is charged for initiating the request, administrative processing, and forwarding to the doctor. This fee will be fully and immediately refunded to you if the doctor decides not to conduct a consultation and/or remote treatment, and thus no treatment contract is concluded. If a treatment contract is concluded through the commencement of the doctor's activity, the fee of €14.99 will be fully offset against the doctor's fee (in the same amount). This means for you that upon conclusion of treatment, the costs for the medical services are fully settled by your payment of the €14.99 fee. If you have received a discount code on the request fee through CannGo or a partner, CannGo bears the additional costs for the difference in the medical costs due from the doctor. The invoicing of the medical service (liquidation) is transparent according to the official fee schedule for doctors (GOÄ). Further costs will only arise exclusively if additional medical or other services are utilized, about which you will be separately informed.
³ The availability of cannabis flowers and products displayed on our platform in pharmacies is an additional, non-binding, and free service. The displayed inventory data is based on information from third-party providers or the pharmacies themselves and is updated at regular, but not second-by-second, intervals. Therefore, complete topicality, accuracy, and completeness of the data cannot be guaranteed. An intermediate sale or short-term unavailability in the pharmacy is possible at any time. The display of availability does not constitute a guarantee or reservation of the product for you. The dispensing of the medicinal product is exclusively carried out on site or after prior agreement via shipping by the pharmacy after presentation and review of the valid prescription. We strongly recommend that you contact a pharmacy by phone or email before visiting to verify the current availability of the desired product and, if necessary, to have it reserved for you. Many pharmacies also offer the option of making a reservation via the respective pharmacy website. CannGo assumes no liability for the accuracy of the displayed third-party inventory information or for any inconvenience, costs, or fruitless journeys incurred by you due to reliance on this non-binding information. The pricing rests solely with the respective pharmacy.

During your request process, you will be separately informed via an extensive information sheet, which will be made available to you through your personal account. Please save this information sheet and read it completely. Telemedicine services cannot fully replace a physical examination and are unsuitable for emergencies. In medical emergencies, the emergency number (112) or the medical on-call service (116117) must be contacted immediately. As a user, you are obligated to provide all health-relevant data truthfully and completely, as this forms the basis of the doctor's decision.
